By using Grimmy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Grimmy.
1. What Grimmy is
Grimmy is an on-chain gambling application on Monad. Games involve risk of loss. Results are produced by smart contracts and external entropy sources. Use Grimmy at your own risk. Nothing here is investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation. There is no promise of profit.
2. Eligibility and local laws
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age in your location, whichever is higher.
You may use Grimmy only if online gambling with crypto is legal in your location. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws.
You may not use Grimmy if you are located in, incorporated in, or a resident or national of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
Restricted Jurisdictions For example United States, Canada, United Kingdom, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and any region subject to comprehensive sanctions or where online gambling with crypto is illegal. This list may be updated at any time.
Grimmy may take reasonable measures to block access where required. You agree not to circumvent blocks.
3. Wallets and custody
You control your wallet and private keys. Grimmy does not custody assets and cannot reverse transactions. You are responsible for approvals, slippage, gas, and all on-chain actions made from your wallet.
4. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
Use Grimmy where it is illegal or where you are prohibited by any law or regulation
Interfere with or attempt to exploit the protocol, front end, or oracles
Use bots or automation that degrades network or protocol performance
Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or money laundering
Upload or transmit malicious code
Grimmy may restrict access or take reasonable steps to protect the protocol.
5. Risks you accept
Using Grimmy involves significant risks, including but not limited to:
Loss of wagered assets
Smart contract bugs, oracle failures, chain reorganizations, network congestion
Volatility of crypto assets
Regulatory changes that may limit or prohibit access
Loss of access to your wallet or private keys
Third party outages, including RPC, oracles, bridges, or DEXs
You accept all risks of using Grimmy.
6. No warranties
Grimmy is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grimmy and its contributors from and against claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of Grimmy, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.
8. Third party services
Grimmy may use or link to third parties, for example oracles for entropy and DEXs for swaps. Grimmy does not control third party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, or accuracy.
9. Changes and upgrades
Protocol parameters, addresses, interfaces, and these Terms may change at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, risk to the protocol, or as required by law. You remain responsible for actions taken before termination.
11. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of Grimmy and supersede any prior agreements.
By using Grimmy you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and that you are legally permitted to gamble with crypto in your location.
